Test Structure at a Glance
IELTS is given as Academic IELTS and General IELTS. All candidates take the same Listening and Speaking module. Candidates who are planning to study must sit for the Academic Reading and Writing modules, while those candidates who are planning to apply for immigration/work must take the General Reading and Writing modules. However, all the candidates have to take all four modules.
